Why the map matters
The same region, very different ground
Within an hour of our office the land changes from Mississippi floodplain to wooded bluffs, karst uplands and open cropland, and the housing runs from century-old brick in Belleville's historic districts to brand-new subdivisions near Scott Air Force Base. A floodplain home in Granite City and a bluff-top lot in Columbia share the same termite zone but very little else, which is why each town page here describes its own pest picture rather than repeating one.
What every town in the area does share is the regional baseline: subterranean termites in a zone rated moderate to heavy, swarm season from March through May, humid summers that run ants, mosquitoes and wasps hard, and a fall push of mice into anything with a gap. The perimeter walk that starts every visit is built for that baseline, and the town details adjust it.

Most addresses get same-day or next-day scheduling. Urgent calls such as stinging insects, bats or rodents in living space, and wildlife in the house get priority, and you will get a real time window on the call.
