About the information on this site
The guides and service pages on this website are general information about pests and treatments in the Belleville area. Every home is different, so they are not a substitute for an inspection of your property. Cost figures on service pages are published national ranges given for context; they are not our prices or a quote.
Quotes and service
Pricing is given on the phone based on what you describe, then confirmed on site before work begins. If what the technician finds differs meaningfully from the description, the quote is revisited with you before any treatment. Recurring plans can be canceled by phone; you pay only for visits already made.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are given in good faith and depend on the day's schedule, weather and urgent calls. If a window changes, we call. Exterior work in heavy rain may be rescheduled at no change to the price.
Your part
Treatments work best when the prep and aftercare instructions given for your service are followed, such as not spraying store products over bait, keeping pets off treated areas until dry, and following bed bug prep sheets. Where results depend on repairs or moisture fixes we recommend, we will say so in writing.
Forwarded calls
Most days our own technicians handle every job. When a call comes in while every crew is committed, we may forward it to another trusted local provider so you can still get help. Work done by that provider is arranged between you and them, and we tell you when a call is being forwarded.
Wildlife and protected species
Wildlife removal is carried out under Illinois wildlife rules, and protected species such as bats and many native birds are handled with lawful methods and timing. That can mean scheduling some work for a specific season.
