Year-round coverage, Belleville and the Metro East
Four visits a year that keep the perimeter closed
Pest pressure here is seasonal, so protection should be too. Ant swarms in spring, wasps and mosquitoes through summer, mice and boxelder bugs pushing in each fall. A quarterly plan times a visit to each wave instead of waiting for one to reach your kitchen.

- Four scheduled seasonal visits
- Free retreats between visits
- No long contract, cancel anytime
A quarterly protection plan is four scheduled visits a year, each timed to the season: the exterior perimeter is re-treated, entry points are rechecked, and anything active gets handled on the spot. If pests break through between visits, the retreat is free. Published national pricing for quarterly service runs about $100 to $175 per visit; we quote your exact number on the phone.
What this covers
What the plan actually covers
Each visit is a working visit, not a drive-by spray. The technician re-walks the foundation, refreshes the exterior barrier, clears wasp nests starting under the eaves, checks and re-baits any rodent stations, and sweeps webs from corners and soffits. Interior work happens whenever you report activity, at no extra charge.
The covered pest set is the one that actually bothers Metro East households: ants, spiders, wasps, mice, roaches, silverfish, crickets and the fall invaders. Termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes and wildlife run on their own programs, and we will never quietly bill plan rates for work the plan cannot do.

How we match the job
How the four visits map to the year
- 01
Spring visit
The ant and termite-swarm season opener: perimeter barrier down before trails establish, swarmers identified if they show.
- 02
Summer visit
Wasps, spiders and flies at their peak; nests removed small, barrier refreshed through the heat.
- 03
Fall visit
The exclusion visit. Mice, boxelder bugs and stink bugs are looking for winter quarters; we close the routes before they use them.
- 04
Winter visit
Interior-leaning: rodent stations checked, basements and garages inspected, the quiet season used to fix conducive conditions.
Local conditions
Why this matters in Belleville
The seasons drive everything here. Subterranean termites swarm March through May, usually after a warm rain, and odorous house ants surge into kitchens the same months. Summer belongs to wasps under the deep eaves of Belleville's older homes. Then every October the boxelder bugs and mice start working the south-facing brick walls around Old Belleville and West Belleville looking for a warm void. Four visits a year exists because the Metro East hands you four different problems a year.

How a visit runs
How the plan starts
- Baseline visit
The first visit is the deep one: full inspection, corrective treatment of anything active, entry points documented.
- Schedule set
Your four dates go on the calendar, timed to the seasons rather than an arbitrary 90-day clock.
- Seasonal visits
Each quarter gets its own focus; you do not need to be home for exterior-only visits.
- Between-visit coverage
See activity, call, and the retreat is booked free; that is the point of the plan.
- Annual review
Once a year we re-walk the whole property and adjust the plan to what changed.
Pricing, plainly
What moves the price
National published rates put quarterly service at roughly $100 to $175 per visit, or $400 to $700 a year. Your quote depends on:
- The size of the perimeter being treated each visit
- Construction age, since older brick and stone takes longer to treat well
- Whether rodent stations are part of your plan
- Detached garages, sheds and outbuildings on the route
- The starting condition: an active infestation is corrected first, then the plan maintains
- Crawl space access and whether it needs attention each visit
- Any add-on programs you bundle, like mosquito season service
Figures referenced are published national ranges for context, not our quote. We price your job on the phone and confirm on site before any work starts.
Choosing between them
Quarterly plan against calling as needed
| Quarterly plan | Call when needed | |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly cost shape | Predictable, spread across four visits | Zero until a problem, then full corrective pricing |
| Catch timing | Problems found at the entry-point stage | Problems found when you see them inside |
| Retreats | Free between visits | Each call is its own job |
| Best fit | Older homes, wooded lots, past infestations | Newer tight construction, low pressure streets |

Before you call
Questions we hear about this work
No. The plan is a schedule, not a trap. Cancel with a phone call; you only ever pay for visits already made.
Not for exterior visits. Interior attention gets scheduled for a day someone is in, and the technician reports what was done either way.
Call and we come back free. Breakthroughs happen, especially in spring; the plan is priced assuming retreats, so use them.
Monitoring is part of every walk, and we will flag mud tubes or swarmers the moment they appear, but termite treatment is its own program with its own pricing because it is a different scale of work.
Quarterly holds for the large majority of houses. Restaurants, heavy-pressure lots and active multi-unit buildings sometimes warrant monthly; if yours does, we will say so with reasons, not upsell by default.
Any month works. The baseline visit corrects whatever is active and the schedule snaps to the seasons from there.
Yes. Plan retreats and emergencies slot ahead of new one-time bookings, which matters most in April and May when everyone's phone rings at once.
